TERMS & CONDITIONS

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Special orders are not returnable.

CREDIT AND EXCHANGES:

Articles in original condition may be exchanged or returned for credit within 14 days of sale, funds will be converted into store credit after 14 days. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. If cash or check was used, refunds are made via check within 10 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only, no refunds. Returns or exchanges on worn timepieces are prohibited.

SALES AND USE TAX:

If merchandise is shipped outside of Nevada and sales tax is not changed, the customer may be liable for a state use tax.

LAYAWAY POLICY:

Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 120 days from the date on this receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment before the end of this period, the items) will be returned to stock. The original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded after said 120 days, but can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise.

GEMSTONE ENHANCEMENT:

If your purchase includes a gemstone, please note that many gemstones (this does NOT include diamonds) have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color and/or stability.

DISCLOSURE:

The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
